If you’ve forgotten your password, send a password request to our receive payment email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Required information is: username and email. Administrators will only re-issue password to paid member (please enter your correct registered email)

If you have successful payment and you are still logged in as a free member after 10 minutes, the best way is to send an email to the receive payment email (email@example.com) included information: transaction ID, username, email. The administrator will upgrade your account as soon as possible.
